Holiday hours, processing and postal times
Christmas and New Year opening
Our offices are closed Christmas day, Boxing day (25th & 26th December) and New Years Day (1st January 2022). So staff will not be available to process submission or respond to enquiries on those days. The period 27th December - 31st December is also designated as a ‘holiday period’, and staffing is reduced over this period. This may cause some delays in processing submissions or responding to enquiries during this period.
We will of course continue to accept submissions via the website, and by traditional mail over this period, but please be patient as we may not always meet our normal fast service standards during this period.
Please also be aware that postal services also struggle to keep up with demand from mid December through the New Year period, so please allow extra time for any postal deliveries.
