Coronavirus latest

Wearing mask to protect othersNational status.

With the UK gradually returning to normal and easing lock-down restrictions, it seems a good time to look again at how we minimise risk and continue to support our valued clients at this time.

Working practices.

During the pandemic our staff were mostly able to work from home using a private secure network that we use to connect and communicate between the homes/sites and minimise risk to themselves and others.

We have also been more flexible about working hours to help accommodate personal situations and also avoid backlogs building up. These practices remain in place for the near future and will continue form part of our strategy for a better, more flexible, working environment into the future.

We are pleased to say that we have kept up with our clients' needs throughout this period and hope that this will continue into the future.

A reminder about late renewal of expiring registrations.

At the start of the pandemic, we offered to extend the grace period on expiring registrations for those hit by hardship due to the pandemic.

We will continue to offer this support for the foreseeable future. If you are affected by the pandemic and require additional time to renew expiring copyright registrations, please get in touch and let us know. We will be happy to wait and allow you to renew later, once you have had a chance to get back to your feet.

Still need more time?

If you have already had your grace period extended once, but still need more time, please do let us know. There are a number of people that have had the grace period extended and that period has now expired without renewal. If this affects you, and you need more time, please do get in touch we will help if we are able to.

Status updates.

At the start of the pandemic we stated that we would be maintaining a 'Coronavirus current status' section on our home page. As it appears that normality is slowly returning we have removed this section from our homepage now.

If for any reason the situation dramatically worsens we will re-instate that section and post updates here on our site, but for now, at least, things are largely back to normal.

Thank you to all our clients.
Whoever you are and wherever you are, we wish you well and hope that you stay safe.
