Copyright does not apply to names, titles, slogans or phrases. If you are require further guidance on the suitability of your work for registration please use the self assessment.

Uploading files
If you have a large number of small files to upload, we suggest that you use an archiving program such as WinZip, StuffIt or Tar to convert your files to a single archive. This will decrease overall size and simplify your upload.
Check your power management options on your operating system to ensure that your system will not go into standby or hibernation during the uploads.

Charges
The current charges for online registration are £39.00 for 5 years or £64.00 for 10 years per work. Uploads over 10MB are also subject to a fee of 3p per additional MB, but there is no limit to the amount of data you may upload within the registration.
All charges are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP). All charges include VAT. Payment for online registration updates must be made by credit or debit card
